Terms and Conditions
- Appointments are of 30 minutes duration for a maximum of 4 people at one time.
- All costumes are shown on a computer slideshow, so a choice of 3-4 may be tried
- Change of costume needing a 2nd appointment, may incur a fee (phone call is free)
- Deposit is to be paid on booking of costume
- Cancellation may incur a fee
- All costumes must be returned in packaging in which they left Costume Connections
- Deposit will be fully refunded unless costumes are in need of repair, badly stained or accessories are lost.
- The Client must agree to pay full remuneration for repairs or replacement of damaged costumes
- Alterations may incur a minimal charge
- A
$10 late fee may be charged if costumes are not returned at the agreed
time (unless a phone call is received Costume Connections to change
return time and is agreeable)
- Due to nature of some
stiffening materials used in the manufacture, Costume Connections takes
no responsibility for any injuries incurred. Wearing of all
costumes by client is at their own risk.
- Costume Connections advises that some costumes posted on website may be no longer available
- Children
must be supervised by parents and Costume Connections takes no
responsibility for any injuries incurred if they are allowed to enter
areas designated for staff only
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Any photos given to Costume Connections are with permission to use as advertising
